Yamamoto Nutrition BCAA 4:1:1 is a branched chain amino acid dietary supplement with vitamins B1 and B6.
The product has been created using an innovative 4:1:1 ratio (4 parts of L-Leucine, L-Valine, and 1 1 of L-Isoleucine).
Branched chain amino acids are recommended to supplement the diet of athletes who train daily.
The formula is also enriched with vitamin B1, which supports normal energy metabolism, and vitamin B6, which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and to the maintenance of normal protein and glycogen metabolism.

Take 5 tablets once a day with water or other beverage, before training or competition, or immediately after.
