Other ingredients:Water, beta-alanine, acidity regulator - citric acid; caffeine, flavourings, wasabi root extract (Wasabia japonica (Miq.) Matsum.), ginger rhizome extract (Zingiber officinale Rosc.), nicotinamide - niacin, sweeteners - acesulfame K, sucralose, steviol glycosides from stevia; black pepper fruit extract (Piper nigrum L.), Cayenne pepper fruit extract (Capsicum annuum L.), colour - carmine.Recommended use:Recommended daily portion: 10 ml two times daily, about 30 minutes before training. Use measuring cup included to measure the appropriate portion - 10 ml. Shake before use. One ampoule contains 6 portions. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 72 hours. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Do not use before bedtime or during the immediately preceding hours before sleep. Some individuals may experience a sensation of tingling or numbness after the consumption. This is a temporary effect which is attributed to strong effect of beta-alanine. It does not affect health. Keep out of reach of children. Possible sediment and crystallization in the product are natural and they do not affect quality of the product. Unopened, keep in a dry and cool place. Keep away from sunlight.
